Depending on which Credit Card handling agent in USA we choose, there is following requirement:

Cost for this package is US$ 7.95 per month - for a limited period there is no setup fee.
Domain name registration fees - US$ 35 per first 12 months per name is included.
The hosting fee for additional domain names is US$ 35 per year per name.
 

All fees are payable yearly in advance.
